I just love how fucking EPIC it sounds (and is). Strings, timpanis, cymbals crashing like "La Mer", Mahlerian choirs singing back up.

I keep hunting around on the page for evidence that this is a joke. OK. I'm convinced; it's not a joke.
I agree with pws, and will only add that it seems to have something in common with the Black Adder theme, only it's much funnier.
Sorry. Me again. I just needed to point out that you must click the "World Glaucoma Congress 2005" link at the upper left. You will see that bouncing heads can enhance even the most well-established of masterpieces.
